Dave Loop at Metro Bowl in Lansing called meeting to order at 12:55 PM April 7, 2002.

 

 

 

 

Motion was made by Larry Ingraham and seconded by Richard Beckley to accept Treasurers report as read. Motion carried.

 

Motion was made by Larry Kemp and seconded by Clayton Champion to accept Secretary minutes as read. Motion carried.

 

Dan Markey reported that there are no grievances as this time.

 

Dave Loop reported that Steve Summerlin had surgery this past Friday and is doing good.

 

Dave Loop reminded tournament director to mail their reports to Paula, Marty and Ron as deemed necessary so things run smoothly.

 

Bill Tedrick talked to us of critical issues facing the WSHPA. There will be a report of this in the RINGER REPORT.

 

Dave Loop asked if you have an e-mail address and want it published send it to Paula. She will publish it in the RINGER REPORT.

 

Ron reported as of today 143 members have purchased their cards.

 

Ron will send maps of court directions at your request.

 

Metro Bowl was thanked.
