New business: Ron asked Dave Loop to report on Adrian. Dave gave a map to be printed in the Ringer Report and reported that Adrian had six courts up and going and hope to have 19 by next year to host the State Tournament.
Steve Summerlin read a letter from Casey Sluys about assisting charters and clubs concerning getting new members into the association.
Steve also talked about the NHPF and the program they have for helping clubs to raise money and making returns back to charter that need help, talked about how Dave Loop had received a $1,000 grant from the NHPF to help get the Adrian club going. Dave will be doing fund raising to repay the money back to the NHPF, so other clubs may be helped.
All tournament directors need to subscribe to the Newsline.
Jim Campbell made a motion to adjourn meeting. Dewey Howard seconded it. Meeting adjourned.
