2000 was presented the Arch Stokes Memorial Award by the NHPA (which is given each year to the person that has done the most during the preceding 3-5 years to Promote, Foster and Build the sport. It is considered to be the highest honor bestowed by the NHPA.)
2004-present Accepted position as "Webmaster" for the NHPF (National Horseshoe Pitchers Foundation 2007 was presented the Gene and Mary Van Sant Memorial award by the NHPA (Given each year to the Regional Director who displays the attitude and initiative in fulfilling his/her duties of upholding the image of the NHPA)
