JUDY CURTISS Blanchard, MIJudy started pitching in a small club at Shepherd in 1982. Her husband Max got her started. Judy joined the WSHPA in 1984, she won Class B in her first year. She was the most improved pitcher in 1985. Her first state championship was in 1988 and since then has won the championship thirteen times. She won in 1988,1990,91,93,95,98,99,2000, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 2006. Her 81.5% in the 2000 state tournament set a new record. She also holds the high game percentage record set in 1999 of 95%.
