·         President, Don Weaver, called the meeting to order.

 

·         This meeting was called to discuss a few business items at hand.

 

·         Don suggested we put an ad in the Southern California Association calendar with pictures, court location, and schedule.  The cost would be $100.00  John Bass might split cost. The suggestion was approved unanimously.

 

·         League discussion included:

 

·         Holding the handicap from the prior season.

·         Starting at a different time.

·         Lower or higher numbered team to groom courts or forfeit games one hour prior to league starting time.

 

·         It was also discussed that members round up prizes for raffles.

 

·         The club spent 170 hours helping with the 1996 Corporate Challenge.
